Hello Everyone! I'm a 28-year-old mama to two-year-old twin, preemie girls. Papa Penguin and I have been married for 7 years and have been together for 11 years. We tried for 1 1/2 years to conceive until we were thrown into parenthood with two miraculous blessings. Our daughters were born week 27 of my pregnancy after 10 days of hospital bedrest and continuous labor. They spent a combined 206 days in a Level III NICU and have already experienced five surgeries in their short little lives. Parenthood is from an entirely different perspective when you're raising preemies. The challenges, emotional battles, but ultimate rewards have made it an experience my husband and I wouldn't change for the world. We are truly doubly blessed!
